Daily chores are good exercise!
We strongly recommend that you continue with training even after the rehabilitation stay by being active with daily chores.
It is best to do a few exercises each day to maintain strength and resilience. Activity is always good as far as your state of health otherwise allows. How quickly you manage to master the prosthesis is individual and depends on both the level of amputation, the length and condition of the stump, and your state of health and motivation.
Some do it in one month, others may have to spend several months. In the beginning, you should wear the prosthesis for a limited time at a time, as the stump needs to get used to the prosthesis.
